The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) between you (“you” or “your” or “User”) and  Sheetal Wood Co (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Entity”, “SacredFig”) describes the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the SacredFig website located at www.sacredfig.in and associated mobile applications (“Site”, or “Website” or “Platform”), any interactions on SacredFig’s Facebook, Instagram or YouTube pages or any other digital media and all related services including but not limited to buying merchandise (together with the Site, and SacredFig Content, as defined below, known as the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms set out hereunder.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use our platforms & digital assets. As such, your access and/or use of the services implies your acceptance of the said Terms, as amended from time to time, and constitutes an agreement between you and the Company.

 1.2 “SacredFig”, including all spellings and variations, is a brand/trademark of Sheetal Wood Co, a business entity with its corporate office at 5,FF, Gaur Sportswood Arcade, Sector 79, Noida, Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201304.

 1.3 SacredFig reserves the right, with or without notice, to change the Terms & Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion. The latest version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions and can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” link on Sacredfig.in

 1.4 You must be 18 years of age for making purchases from this site. If you are under 18 years of age, you should not provide your personal information on the Site.

2. Using The Site

2.1 You agree to using this site to place legally valid orders and make authentic inquiries. In case we have reasonable information to ascertain any false or fraudulent order, we shall be authorized to cancel them and inform authorities as may be necessary

2.1 You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur about your use of the Site.

3.8 You agree that we may use this information to contact you for providing services of this website, ordering & for sharing marketing materials, useful information & transactional events.

4. Ordering from this Site

4.1  Sale of Goods through this website is carried out by Sheetal Wood Co, a proprietorship firm registered in Noida, with GST registration number - 09AJYPJ2852N1ZA & having its place of business at 5, First Floor, Gaur Sportswood Arcade, Sector 79, NOIDA, Gautambuddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201304.

4.2 All the goods sold on this website are for sale in India only.

4.3 We reserve the right to determine the pin codes that we will be servicing for sale of our products. (“serviceable region”)

4.4 We work with well-established courier partners to deliver your orders / products. Serviceable region is determined basis the geographical regions covered by them in the territory of India. We reserve the right to change the Serviceable region from time to time.

4.5 All product orders are subject to availability. In case, we are unable to fulfil your order due to any supply or technical constraints, we reserve the right to cancel the order & refund the money (in case of prepaid orders) to your respective payment mode

4.6 We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or for not processing an order.

4.7 It is our best endeavor to fulfil & send the order consisting of the product(s) listed in your order confirmation email, as per the delivery timelines indicated on the same. In case there is no delivery date specified on the order, we try to fulfil the order within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zones.

If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase, establish a new delivery date, or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid.

4.8 If it is not possible to deliver your order on the date/day of delivery due to any circumstances like you are not available or anything similar, our courier partners will try to make the delivery twice. If it still fails, your order will be returned back to our warehouse. You can contact us to reschedule delivery of your order.

4.9 The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you as outlined in the above point. You will take ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges

4.10 The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full.

4.11 We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

4.12 Customer invoices are provided along with the products when delivered.

4.13 Under the prevailing rules and regulations in effect, all purchases done through the website are subject to all applicable taxes as mandated by the government.

4.14 The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties but exclude delivery Charges.

5. Your Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available at this website which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.

6.3 Trade marks: our trade marks, including but not limited to SACREDFIG are solely owned by Sheetal Wood Co. Usage of any trademarks or any other proprietary information, images, content from the Site is strictly prohibited unless you have taken our written permission from us to do so.

7. Accuracy of Information and Availability of the Site

7.1 We endeavor to ensure that the Site is accurate, updated and without any defects, but we cannot promise that it will be. In addition, we cannot guarantee that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may have on the information from the site is completely at your own risk.

7.2 It is our endeavor to ensure that this website is available for your use, however being a technical product which may encounter maintenance or downtime periodically, we do not promise that the Site will be up for use at all times or that your use of the Site will be free from any interruptions.

12.2 Relevant Indian laws apply to these Terms. All the unresolved disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India
